1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the defendant in excess of the amount ordered to be paid below shall be cancelled.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On April 13, 2013, the Defendant drafted an “agreement and exclusive contract” with D, an outside director of the Plaintiff Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Co., Ltd.”) as follows, as the owner of the building on land outside Mapo-gu Seoul and one parcel (hereinafter “instant building”).
(1) A(the Defendant) is responsible for the tenant’s reputation of the subject real estate and cooperate with the documents pertaining to remodeling (large-scale repair)/lease. (1) B(D) bears the costs of remodeling (large-scale remodeling (large-scale remodeling)/lease (large-scale remodeling)/lease of the subject real estate and takes the exclusive responsibility for the lease of the subject real estate every year.
(2항) ◎ 대수선(반지층과 1층, 2층 전부) ◎ 신축(약 7평) 내용 : 내부철거, H빔, 폐기물, 장비투입, 인건비, 나무철거, 담 철거, 마당 1차2차 철거, 미장, 정화조 100인조, 상하수도, 가스, 전기, 설계비 기타 등등 3, 4층 신축 정화조 배관/수도 입상 지원 3) 을은 대상 부동산의 리모델링 공사기간을 2013년 5월 3일에서 2013년 9월 2일까지 완료하고 준공은 행정상의 문제로 약 2013년 9월 10일까지 예정임. (3항) 4) 을은 공사상의 문제가 발생 시에는 모든 책임을 진다.

B. On June 14, 2013, the Defendant and D are the Plaintiff Company and the instant building extension and alteration of the purpose of their use (hereinafter “instant construction”).
