B, E, F의 범행 B, E, F은 B가 위 게임장에서 ‘성이다III' 게임기 40대를 설치해 놓고 위 게임장을 찾아온 손님들로 하여금 위 게임기에 현금을 투입하고 소위 ’똑딱이‘를 게임기 버튼 위에 올려놓고 자동으로 게임을 진행하도록 하고, E이 B와 함께 게임물을 구입하고, B가 자리를 비우는 경우 위 게임장 종업원들을 관리 및 환전상에게 환전에 필요한 현금을 지급하는 등 위 게임장을 관리하고, F이 위 게임장 앞 도로에 주차된 위 차량에서 손님들이 게임에서 획득한 아이템카드를 수수료 10%를 공제하고 1장당 4,500원으로 환전하여 주기로 공모하였다.
