Punishment of the crime

1. Around 14:00 on June 28, 2020, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving on the section of approximately 500 meters from the front side of the window B apartment in the window near the Changwon city to the road located in D in the window in the window in the Changwon city, Changwon-si, without obtaining a motorcycle driver's license.
