A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

30,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On January 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the Busan District Court's Dong Branch branch, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on April 23, 2016.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On May 23, 2016, around 16:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.07 g of mephones (one philopopon; hereinafter “philopon”) from I at H coffee shop located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and received meopopon from I without compensation.

B. On May 23, 2016, at around 17:00, the Defendant administered phiphones in a way of dilution with approximately 0.03g galphones, which were received under the circumstances described in paragraph (a) of the above Article, to 0.03g galphones, into coffee and malon.

On May 29, 2016, around 06:0, the Defendant injected approximately 0.03g of phiphonephones received under the same circumstance as paragraph 1-A, into a single-use injection machine, and dilution them with water, and administered phiphones by means of injection into the Defendant’s arms blood transfusion.

(d)

On May 30, 2016, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.05gh from I to 30,000 won from H coffee shop located in Busan District, Busan District on May 30, 2016, and stored the said phiphone in a single-use injection machine and dilution it with water, and administered phiphones by means of injection to the Defendant’s arms blood banks.

2. On May 25, 2016, the Defendant sustained injury: (a) around 20:0 on the ground that: (b) the Defendant: (c) in the residence located in Busan, Busan, Busan, Daegu, Busan, the 108-Dong 502, the Victim N (V, 73 years old) was trying to be hospitalized in the hospital of the Defendant; (d) had the Defendant contacted the Defendant with the police cell phone, and (e) had the Defendant contacted the Defendant with the mobile phone in the police.

"In order to force a mobile phone in which the victim was in his/her hands, the victim's fingers, arms, etc. in his/her hand are drawn and drawn up by hand to the victim, and the victim will be treated for about six weeks.
