Defendant
A and B applied for a rating classification to the Game Products Management Committee for the game products of "H" produced by the same business as of August 26, 2014, and Defendant C is deemed a public official belonging to the Game Products Management Committee. From September 1, 2007 to December 31, 2009, and from January 10 to December 31, 2011, and from December 3, 2012, a person who was in a de facto position to arrange a rating for the game products of the above K, L, M, N, andO, using the status of the head of the P Team as of September 4, 2014.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to give C a bribe under the pretext of requesting C to arrange for rating review by taking advantage of the status of the head of the P-General Team of the Game Management Committee.
A "2015 Gohap3" means the defendant, who is an employee of the Game Management Committee, who is well aware of in Korea, to receive a rating for the game product "H" from its partners B around the end of August 2014.
