1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Presumed factual basis

A. On January 1, 2002, the Defendant: (a) on January 1, 2002, the instant primary complex was created; (b) on the same day, the Defendant omitted the entry, and only the parcel number is stated.

(3) As to the land of this case, R 327 square meters, S 1,001 square meters, T 86 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

2) The U.S. land of this case became divided and land category change thereafter, P newly constructed 18 buildings above, thereby creating a commercial complex (hereinafter “the first complex”) and leased each of the above buildings.

B. The instant secondary complex P acquired ownership of V large 5,679 square meters adjacent to the instant primary complex, and divided and changed land classification. On December 18, 2002, the instant secondary complex P newly constructed a single building on the said V ground, and a new building on W or X ground to create a shopping complex on the instant V’s land (hereinafter “instant secondary complex”), and sold each of the said buildings and their sites.

C. The creation Y of the instant third complex is the owner of the Z, AA, AB, AC, and AD site adjacent to the instant first and second complex. On July 21, 2003, the store complex was created and leased on the Z, AA, and AD ground (hereinafter “instant third complex”).

The current status of the plaintiffs' stores in the second complex of this case is the owner of the store in the second and third complex of this case, or the person who leases and operates the above store.

E. The Defendant’s acquisition of ownership of the road, AF, and AG land 1) concluded the lease contract with P as the expiration of the term, and thus, the Defendant filed a lawsuit against P to remove the commercial building in the instant first complex and deliver the instant U U U land (U.S. District Court 2008Gahap372).

On October 22, 2009, the above court sentenced P to the effect that P would remove the first commercial building and deliver the said U-Japan land to P at the same time.
