The court of final appeal may examine and determine only to the extent of filing an appeal based on the grounds of final appeal. As such, the grounds of final appeal specify the grounds of final appeal and state specific and explicit reasons as to which part of the judgment below is in violation of the statutes, and if the grounds of final appeal does not state such grounds, it is inevitable to treat the grounds of final appeal

(See Supreme Court Decision 98Da41377 delivered on April 23, 199, etc.). The instant petition for final appeal does not state the grounds of final appeal, and the written grounds of final appeal state that “to revoke the judgment of the court of final appeal and seek an appropriate trial again.” However, such a statement does not state specific and explicit grounds as to the existence of a violation of any statute in the judgment of the court below on the grounds that it does not constitute a legitimate ground of final appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed by the assent of all participating Justices, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices.
