1. Defendant F, H, and I shared with Plaintiff A, D, and E for each of the five million won and each of the said money from February 16, 2013 to February 16, 2017.

1. Basic facts

A. On June 3, 2003, Defendant F purchased 10,071 square meters of the Jancheon-gun, Sejongcheon-gun (hereinafter “instant forest”) from the auction procedure and completed the registration of transfer of ownership.

B. On February 1, 2013, Defendant F: (a) had the intent to open a grave in the instant forest by pretending that it was an influence grave; (b) obtained a written confirmation from Defendant H and I that the 18th period of the grave in the said forest was influence grave; and (c) obtained a written confirmation from Defendant H and I, using it; and (d) requested Defendant G to open the said grave 18 period. Accordingly, Defendant G opened 10 out of the 18 period of the grave on February 16, 2013.

C. Defendant F was indicted as a crime of excavating a grave for the above act as the resident stay support of the Daegu District Court No. 2013Kadan508, and the above court sentenced Defendant F F to a two-year suspended sentence in October 15, 2014. Defendant F appealed and filed an appeal against the above judgment, but all of the appeals were dismissed, and the above judgment became final and conclusive.

A. The plaintiffs A have the right to manage the graves (1) with respect to those graves, (2) with respect to those graves, and (8) with respect to those graves, (3) with respect to those graves, (4) with respect to those graves, and (5) with respect to those graves, and (7) with respect to those graves.
