The Defendants, with respect to the real estate stated in the attached Table 1, are registered with the Seoul Central District Court on July 22, 1996.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendants are children between the father of the network E and the network F (parent).

The network E died on November 4, 2010, and the network F died on August 29, 2017.

B. The Plaintiff and the Defendants jointly inherited the net F in their respective shares of 1/4, but the agreement was concluded on May 2, 2019 that “The Plaintiff shall pay the Plaintiff KRW 120,000,000 to the Defendant B, KRW 100,000 to the Defendant C, and KRW 109,000,000 to the Defendant D, respectively, and the Plaintiff shall inherit the net F in its own inheritance of the network F,” which was brought by the Defendants against the Plaintiff on May 2, 2019.

B. With respect to the instant real estate, which had been registered as the preservation of ownership in the name of Nonparty G, on July 2, 1996, the deceased E completed the provisional registration of transfer of ownership (hereinafter “provisional registration of this case”) under the name of the Seoul Central District Court on the ground of the receipt of No. 28403 on July 22, 1996 by the registration office of the Seoul Central District Court on the ground of “the promise to return the substitute property on July 20, 1996.”

As to the instant real estate, the registration of ownership transfer was completed on October 29, 2010 by reason of the Seoul Central District Court’s “donation on October 29, 2010,” and the registration of ownership transfer was completed on October 29, 2010 in the name of the Plaintiff as of May 23, 2019 as of May 23, 2019.
