A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 29, 2017, the Defendant intentionally caused a traffic accident with B, C, and D, and collected insurance money from an insurance company. On December 29, 2017, the Defendant discovered a G News Poet car of FF driving which was driven on the left-hand side while driving a E-cracked car with B, C, and D at the entrance of the 2nd tunnel located in the Busan East-dong Hot Spring Port, Busan, and received some parts of the right side of the said Poet car in front of the left side of the said cruise car.

Nevertheless, at that time, the Defendant claimed insurance money to the Victim H Co., Ltd. as if a traffic accident occurred with B, C, and D, and its equipment from January 11, 2018 to February 22, 2018, the Defendant paid agreed money and unrepair expenses from the victim company to February 1, 2018, and had the hospital pay medical expenses. From that time to September 6, 2018, the Defendant paid part of the traffic accident four times in total, as shown in [Attachment Table 1] to the annexed Table 1 to 4, and had the hospital pay the unpaid repair expenses.

Accordingly, in collusion with B, C, D, I, J, K, and L, the Defendant acquired insurance money equivalent to KRW 29,422,590 in total or acquired it to a third party.
