A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 03:50 on August 26, 2014, the Defendant assaulted the victim, such as the victim’s face with the Defendant’s head and the body part of the victim’s body, in the process of getting off from the Do personal taxi operated by the victim C (the age of 52) in front of the Daegu-gu B apartment 107-dong, Daegu-gu, 2014, on the ground that the victim was using the Defendant’s card and paying the taxi fee, and return the card to the Defendant, and the victim did not promptly find the said card.

2. On August 26, 2014, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around 04:10, the Defendant: (a) notified the Defendant of the developments leading up to, and slope of, the Mandong Police Station E (a police box) sent to the scene of the assault report; and (b) notified him of the Defendant to attend the later police station following the following: (c) the Defendant expressed F as follows; (d) the Defendant, in his hand, expressed his desire to read “F’s hand carrying smartphones to take a video image and to slick smartphones; and (e) tried to stop him from accessing the said G police box by failing to have his seat slicks and slicks on his hand; and (e) tried to stop him from approaching the said G police box by failing to have his seat slicks and slicks on one occasion in the future; and (e) tried to stop him from using the said G police box to return his seat.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers concerning civil petition handling affairs.
