1. On August 9, 2015, the Defendant posted a false statement on the sales of gallonian 4 smartphones on the Internet middle- and high-speed car page on August 21, 2015, and concluded that the Defendant would send smartphones if the Defendant sent the sales proceeds by contact with the victim N who contacted with the Defendant.

However, since the defendant did not have the above smartphone, even if he received the payment from the victim, he did not have the ability or intention to sell the above smartphone.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 320,000 won from the victim to the Nonghyup Bank (R) account in Qua.

2. On August 14, 2015, the Defendant reported that the victim S would purchase a computer traffic card (GTX970) from the Internet middle- and high-speed car page on the Internet, and made a false statement that the Defendant would contact the victim and sell it.

However, since the defendant did not have the traffic card, even if he received the payment from the victim, he did not have the ability or intent to sell the traffic card.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 290,000 won from the victim to the SCB bank account (U) in T name.

3. On August 15, 2015, the Defendant posted a notice stating that the victim V purchases a computer traffic card (GTX970) on the Internet middle- and high-speed car page on the Internet, and concluded that he/she would contact the victim and sell it.

However, since the defendant did not have the traffic card, even if he received the payment from the victim, he did not have the ability or intent to sell the traffic card.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 320,000 won from the victim to the SCB bank account (U) in T name.
