Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 7, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) driven a vehicle of 0.221% alcohol concentration in blood on a 10:05 and, despite the state of red view, the Defendant driven a 2-line vehicle in front of the one parking lot in the front of the 12-lane, Dong-dong, Seosan-gu, Seosan-si, Seosan-si, a military self-managed complex, and proceeded to turn to the left at the left one way among the two-lanes in the direction of the 11-lane of the same military self-managed city.

Since there is a place where the center line of yellow-ray is installed, there was a duty of care to thoroughly operate the electric-line and safely in compliance with the tea line.

Nevertheless, the driver neglected this and caused the victim C(53 years of age, n) to have the front part of the DNA car driving vehicle under normal conditions due to the negligence of the left-hand turn at the center line.

As a result, the Defendant, while driving a motor vehicle in a state where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, was negligent in neglecting the duty of care, resulting in the Defendant’s injury, such as dump dump, which requires two weeks’ medical treatment.

2. On August 7, 2014, the Defendant driven the B vehicle at a distance of 50 meters on the front of the parking lot in front of the apartment complex, in front of the apartment complex 12 complex under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.221% around August 7, 2014.
