Punishment of the crime

The Defendant conspireds with the name and non-scam (B) of the telephone financial fraud (one name “Scam”) (one name “Scam”) which is the organization of the Defendant, and acquired money by misrepresenting the investigation agency or financial institution against many unspecified victims, and the Defendant installed a mobile banking app and an authorized certificate on the mobile phone in which the Defendant was kept by using personal information, and then transferred the money deposited by the Boscam victims to another account.

On January 16, 2019, the Defendant transferred KRW 41,602,600, out of the money deposited into the above corporate bank account in F’s name from January 16, 2019 to 07, to five accounts.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the person who is not injured in name, input information without authority in the information processing device.
