A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 6, 2019, the Defendant was offered a proposal to exchange the money transferred to the Defendant’s name account with merchandise coupons and deliver it to the bearers in the name of the Defendant as ordered by the said person in the name of the said person in return for the purpose of obtaining a loan by raising credit rating from the said person in the name of the Defendant’s name in exchange for the money transferred to the Defendant’s account in exchange for the money transferred from the said person in return for the said person’s name to receive a loan, and the Defendant was aware that the above process is different from the ordinary loan procedure, and that the certificate of business registration was forged at the time of the exchange of merchandise coupons. Accordingly, the Defendant was aware that the money transferred to the account in the name of the Defendant was acquired through the Defendant’s name of the said person in exchange for the merchandise coupons, and thus, he received the loan with knowledge that the money was acquired through the Defendant’s name of the said person in exchange for the merchandise coupons’s name: the account number was known to the said person under the name of the said person in exchange for the merchandises.

On August 8, 2019, the name omittedist of the organization of Bosphishing, misrepresenting the victim D to the circumstances of the Seoul Mapo Police Station E at a non-place on which August 8, 2019, “The FF Bank Spbook was opened on November 7, 2018, and connected to an international financial fraud crime in the name of the party, which was called 1301, and called her phone to the G prosecutor of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office.” The victim calls 1301, and the victim calls the above 1301, thereby misrepresenting the G prosecutor of the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office of Seoul Central Prosecutors’ Office to undergo an investigation, and caused the victim to install a remote control program on the cell phone.”
