Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2019, at around 10:20, the Defendant was demanded from the victim that D, who is the husband of the victim, pay the victim the money borrowed from the Defendant in the residence of the victim C, Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon.

However, the defendant does not respond to it, and he/she sits over at least 15 minutes after leaving the living room in the same day by not later than 10:35 on the same day, and without good cause, leaves the victim for about 15 minutes.
