However, the crime of this case is that the defendant acquired the financial resources created to stabilize the living environment of ordinary people by means of systematic and planned acceptance of funds as a member of the former loan fraud group by abusing the fact that the loan of the financial resources of the Bank for lease on a deposit basis was not strict as the guarantee of the Korea Housing Finance Corporation, and the crime of this case is not very high in quality. In the case of these crimes, the public funds of the Korea Housing Finance Corporation are additionally invested, thereby causing substantial damage to ordinary ordinary people. The defendant did not agree with the victim until the trial. The defendant did not pay interest on the loan to the victim. In this case, the defendant was in charge of the crime of this case, such as receiving the loan in his name, and the defendant was in charge of the important role in the crime of this case.
