Punishment of the crime

In order to stabilize the residence of homeless workers with no special security, the Defendant and B offered a loan by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport with documents related to employment, such as a certificate of employment and a statement of salary, and only certain documents such as a pre-paid contract, and offered a loan at a lower interest rate than the market interest rate. The Defendant and B conspired with the above name in order to use the pre-paid loan by dividing the pre-paid loan by using the false employment-related documents and the fact that the financial institution entrusted with the above loan-related business only formally examines and lending the loan, using the fact that the financial institution entrusted with the above loan-related business is performing a formal examination and lending.

On March 19, 2014, the Defendant and B prepared a false apartment lease contract with the lessor, B, lessee, and deposit KRW 190,000,000,000 in the D Authorized Broker Office located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Guro-gu, Seoul, which recorded the Defendant as the lessor, B, and deposit KRW 190,000,000,000.

B on March 20, 2014, the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dong-ro branch in Dong-ro, 118, and submitted a false certificate of employment as if B received from the above name in F, and applied for a loan of the National Housing Fund of KRW 80 million to the loan manager of the above bank, along with a false certificate of employment as if B was working in F.

However, the defendant and B thought that they will use the loan individually, and they did not have the intention or ability to use the loan for the purpose of the National Housing Fund loan.

The Defendant and B, in collusion with his name influent persons, by deceiving a person in charge of loans from the National Housing Fund managed by the Republic of Korea on March 28, 2014, transferred KRW 80 million to the account of a national bank in the name of the Defendant through the lending officer.
