A on March 13, 2019, at the second election of the head of the Dong-si Cooperative on March 13, 2019, a member of D who was elected by going to the election of the head of the Gangwon-do Cooperative Association, and the defendant B is the seat of the defendant A.

1. No one shall conduct an election campaign in any way, except where a candidate for the head of a cooperative engages in an election campaign prescribed by the Act on Entrusted Elections of Public Organizations, etc. at an election for the head of a cooperative administered by the Election Commission in violation of the Commissioned Election Act of March 8, 2019;

(a) No one shall conduct an election campaign in any way, except in cases where a candidate for the head of a cooperative conducts an election campaign prescribed in the Act on Entrusted Elections by Public Organizations, etc., in an election for the head of a cooperative managed by the election commission in violation of

Nevertheless, at around 16:40 on March 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) requested that “F” located in Gosung-gun E, Gangwon-gun, Gosung-gun, Gosung-gun, G members of the Gangwon-gun, affixed No. 1 D; and (b) resisted D’s support, and carried out an election campaign.
