The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around 00:30 on March 18, 2019, the Defendant was assaulted by the victim D(C) prior to the victim D(C) prior to his/her age 44, but the victim was not subject to his/her death, and the Defendant: (a) went off from the victim’s safety while she was her arms, and she was her arms and her arms when she was towed by the victim’s shoulder and the part of his/her arms when she could display his/her arms.
