Reasons
The defendant is a substitute teacher in Jelela (3 years old) of D Child Care Center C in Songpa-gu Seoul, and the victim E (3 years old) and victim F (3 years old) is a child who is a financial resource in the above child care center Melela.
1. Around November 16, 2017, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) from around 10:16 to around 11:17 of the same day from around November 16, 2017 to around 11:17 of the same day, the Defendant: (b) released the victims on the ground that the victims E and the victim F play a scopic role in the instant D Child Care Center D Mel1 Class; (c) made other children in the said class pay attention to the victims; and (d) continuously, the victims E did not follow the direction of the victim E to put the toy; (c) led the said victims’ left arms to the first half of the year-year-old group; and (d) committed emotional abuse detrimental to the mental health and development of children, such as making the children of the first half of the year-old group pay attention to the victims E.
2. Crimes committed on November 23, 2017;
A. On November 23, 2017, from around 11:27 to 11:42 of the same day, the Defendant of emotional abuse against the victim E discontinued with the victim’s meals for the reason that the victim E does not drink properly in D Child Care Center D’s force, and caused the victim by her hand to suppress the victim by putting the victim’s arms, leaving the victim’s arms in his hand, leaving the victim’s arms, and leading the victim not to go against the Defendant, making the victim take the victim’s arms into the first half of the year, leaving the victim into the first half of the year.
