A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 22, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 500,000 for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. (joint assault) in the Sungnam Support by Suwon Giwon on May 22, 2009. On November 30, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of bodily injury in the same court on November 30, 2009. On April 12, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 500,000 for a crime of violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault), and on April 14, 201, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 30,000 for a fine of KRW 2 million for a crime of bodily injury in the same court on July 8, 2013.

On April 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 03:15, around the restaurant operated by the victim C (44 tax) located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-do; (b) had the victim’s face while drinking while talking with the victim; (c) had the victim’s face, and (d) had the victim’s defect in the talk that “I amn Han Han Han Han Han Han Han Han Han Han Han Han, and had the victim’s victim’s aba, etc.
