1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and two months and by a fine of three million won;

Defendant
A operates L in K at Jeju, a person who has obtained permission to install excreta emission facilities, and the defendant C is a corporation with the purpose of steel bars, concrete construction business, building assembly business, etc., and the defendant B is the representative of the corporation C.
1. Violation of the Act on the Management and Use of Livestock Excreta by Defendant A;
(a) No person who discharges, collects, transports, disposes of, or spreads excreta, manure, or liquid manure from livestock without permission or from livestock flowing into public waters shall commit an act of flowing or threatening to flow into public waters by discharging or neglecting it, or spraying it without complying with the standards for spraying liquid manure;
