1. Basic facts

A. K died on September 26, 2017, and Defendant D is the spouse of K, and Defendant E, F, G, and H are the children of K.

B. K registered as a certified judicial scrivener on March 1, 1990.

C. On March 2, 2002, Plaintiff A and B were issued with identification cards each employed by the president of the LCertified Judicial Scriveners Council on January 22, 1994.

C On September 24, 2015, the head of the Ma Certified Judicial Scriveners Council issued an identification card that was employed as a staff member of the K Certified Judicial Scriveners on December 26, 1996.

The plaintiffs asserted that they were employed by K Certified Judicial Scriveners A, and B, from January 22, 1994 to December 26, 1996, and from October 27, 2017, respectively, they were employed from September 26, 201 to October 27, 201.
