When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 10:30 on April 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the Defendant, who was a patient within the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, on the ground that the Defendant, who was the patient at the above section of the department, was influent with the victim D (the age of 42) who was the nurse at the above section of the department, was influent with the victim’s desire to “whether the Defendant would be influent with the part of the victim’s sensium every time he would spathth to spathize.”
