Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.
When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in fishery as a member of the D fishing village fraternity in Tong Young-gu.
Any person who intends to run a fish farming business by subdividing specified waters shall obtain a license from the competent market.
① At around August 23, 2006, the Defendant: (a) harvested 38,400 kilograms from D fishing village fraternities to Felon c without obtaining a fishery license in front of E in Tong Young-si; (b) harvested 1 set of 1 set of 1 set of 1 set of 1 set of 1 set of 32 set of 1 set of 1 set of 1 set of 1 set of 1 set of 1 set of 1 set of 1 set of 1 set of 1 set of 1 set of 20,560 at the market price.
② From August 23, 2006 to August 22, 2009, the Defendant engaged in fish farming with distribution of 3 lines (12, 34, 48 reduction) in the G fishing ground in the capacity of fishing village fraternity members, and 5 lines (13 lines, 14, 34, 38, and 49 reduction) in the G fishing ground, respectively, established in E in front of the sea in Tong Young-si, through a fisheries cooperative. The Defendant engaged in fish farming with distribution of 5 lines (13, 14, 38, and 49 reduction) in the G fishing ground.
However, as of August 22, 2009, the above limited license form was no longer able to exercise the fishery right as of August 22, 2009.
Nevertheless, the Defendant: (a) from July 21, 2012 to June 28, 2013; (b) from August 23, 2009 to April 2014 with respect to the reduction of 34; (c) from August 23, 2009 to June 3, 2010 with respect to the reduction of 48, from August 23, 2009 to June 3, 2010; (d) from August 23, 2009 to April 2014 with respect to the reduction of 14, from around 10 to April 29, 2013 to KRW 34, from around 2014 to KRW 30,00,000 to KRW 201; and (e) from around 201 to July 31, 2011 to reduce the market value; and (e) from around 201, to KRW 201,741.21.
Accordingly, the Defendant is red, as in paragraphs (1) and (2) above.
