Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in fishery as a member of the D fishing village fraternity in Tong Young-gu.

Any person who intends to run a fish farming business by subdividing specified waters shall obtain a license from the competent market.

① At around August 23, 2006, the Defendant: (a) harvested approximately KRW 18,00 km from D fishing village fraternities to the fish farm farms established without obtaining a fishery license on the sea in front of E in Tong Young-si; and (b) harvested approximately KRW 18,00 km from April 20, 201, and carried out a non-licensed farming business with the market price of KRW 6 million.

② From August 23, 2006 to August 22, 2009, the Defendant Do fishing village fraternity obtained a license through the Common Fisheries Cooperatives and operated a farming business with the limited license F (5th, 200 meters reduced to 53th, 200) and G (10th, 400 meters reduced to 52th, 9th and 10th in the limited fishing village fraternity in the qualification of fishing village fraternity members, and 37th in the G fishing ground, respectively.

However, as of August 22, 2009, the above limited license form was no longer able to exercise the fishery right as of August 22, 2009.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not obtain a re-license from June 4, 2010 to July 31, 201, and from August 23, 2009 to April 20, 201, from August 23 to April 20, 201, from August 23, 2009 to July 37, 200, and harvested approximately KRW 240,000 gs with a limited license amounting to KRW 8 million at the market price.

Accordingly, the Defendant: (a) harvested a total of 420,00 kgs as above; and (b) carried on unlicensed fish farming with a total of KRW 14 million at the market price.
