Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a spectrum car.

On July 18, 2015, the Defendant did not obtain a driver's license on July 17, 2015, and came to turn to the left of the road front of the 140 Kimhae-dong, Kimhae-dong, Kim Jong-dong, 140 Kim Jong-dong, from the dynamic side to the synthetic elementary school.

Since there is a left-hand turn in the non-protective zone, there was a duty of care to proceed in a safe way after checking whether there is a vehicle driving on the opposite line.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to turn to the right on the right side of the driving vehicle of the Defendant and received D SPP car as the front part of the driver’s vehicle operated by the victim C (W, 40 years of age) who was directly engaged in under the new subparagraph on the opposite side of the MafP car by negligence, which caused the Defendant to turn to the left.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as chromatic salt, tension, etc. for about two weeks of medical treatment due to occupational negligence.
