1. Basic facts
A. However, the letter produced by the Defendants was used in both the said caption. 2) The letter produced by the Defendants was used in the periodical title, “Myman Gak Gak Gak Gak” published by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant printed matter”).
3) The Plaintiff’s Internet homepage (htp:/www.co.kra, hereinafter “instant website”).
4) The letter published on the screen that the Plaintiff provides the horse information service (hereinafter “instant horse information service”) in Seoul Myeong Park was used by Defendant Kanyang Information and Communications, leap Design Research Institute, and the letter produced by Defendant Maga Design Research Institute.
