A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Criminal facts

No one may intermediate a third party's communications using telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator or provide such services for a third party's communications.

1. On August 2018, the Defendant asked D, who was aware of the Internet telephone machine from the non-scam of “B,” a member of the Boscam criminal organization in China, to seek online telephone machine, and on August 17, 2018, the Defendant asked D, who was aware of the Internet gambling site, using the Mescam service program, such as C, at a place in China, in a place in the first place in China, to provide 50,000 won per Internet gambling site. The above D, in order, made a proposal to the same effect to E, and around August 17, 2018, the F, a telecommunications business operator, opened the Internet telephone machine with “H (I),” and the Defendant, who again sent the above Mescam to 00 times in the name of “F,” a business operator, who is a telecommunications business operator, via the Internet phone number of “H,” and then, sent the above Mescam to 2081 Gyeonggi-do online delivery.

2. As described in paragraph 1, the Defendant received a request from Bophishing Criminal Organization to seek Internet telephone machine, made a proposal in order to D, E, and M in the same manner, followed by the Internet phone number from N Communications Company, which is a telecommunications business operator, via the Internet phone number, and opened 100 lines in Q, which is a business operator of M, as described in attached Table 2, as shown in attached Table 2, and D sent the above Internet phone number to "B" on September 14, 2018 by the same method from Daegu R to Incheon port.

Accordingly, the defendant is provided by telecommunications business operator in collusion with the above ‘B', D, M, and F.
