A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

No one may intermediate a third party's communications using telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator or provide such services for a third party's communications.

1. On August 22, 2019, the Defendant violated the Telecommunications Business Act: (a) around August 20, 2019, around August 20, 2019, “Around August 2019, the Defendant heard the horses that “it is possible to grant a loan if a business is carried on together; and (b) the Internet phone necessary for the business is transferred through several large numbers of phone calls; and (c) opened the Internet phone to deliver it to the party

On August 29, 2019, the Defendant, who violated the Telecommunications Business Act, heard on August 29, 2019, that “the Internet telephone machine 20 additional cost is required to obtain more loans” from a person without his/her name, and opened an Internet phone to deliver it to the person with no name.”

Accordingly, the defendant opened 20 Internet telephone calls (Y, Z, AA, AB, AC, AD, AE, AF, AH, AH, AJ, AK, AK, AK, AM, AM, AO, AP, AP, Q, and AR) provided by B, which is a telecommunications business operator, on August 29, 2019.

Accordingly, the defendant provided telecommunications services provided by telecommunications business operators for another's communications.
