A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

Seized evidence Nos. 1, 2, 3, 33 through 36, and 39 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On February 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the charge of forging official documents in the Busan District Court's Busan District Court's Busan District Court's Busan District Court's Busan District Court's Branch on May 8, 2015.

The Defendant posted an advertisement on the Internet website stating that “a document, such as a certificate of graduation, passport, resident registration certificate, etc., is forged,” and had a mind to forge a document at the request of forgery.

1. On April 9, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a request for the forgery of a certificate of high school graduation from the Defendant’s office located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Daice Cice 1107; and (b) received a remittance of KRW 400,000 as a consideration for such request from D who reported and contacted the above Internet advertising text.

The Defendant, based on the files containing the official seal of the country, domestic and foreign schools, institutions, enterprises, etc., from the Chinese document forgery businessman in his name, entered “D”, “E”, “E”, and “Feburuary 12,93” in the graduation column in the name of the Jinju Industrial High School in the name of the Jinju Industrial High School that is a public school, using a computer-affiliated program, etc., and printed it after preparing a certificate of graduation with the official seal affixed by the said principal’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant forged a certificate of graduation, which is an official document.

2. Forgery of private documents;

A. On April 15, 2014, the Defendant received KRW 200,000 from F in the manner referred to in paragraph (1) from the above Defendant’s office to transfer 200,000 in consideration of the consideration, the Defendant entered “F”, “G” in the name column of the president’s certificate of graduation in the name of the relevant private school, “G”, “Electronic Information Public University Electronic Engineering”, “G” in the major column of degree classification, “H” in the date of graduation, “H”, and “H” in the degree registration number column with the official seal affixed by the president of the said university.

B. On April 22, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around the same day from the home of the above Defendant to I in the same manner as that of paragraph (1).
