Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2015, around 03:00, the Defendant visited the victim E, who visited the customer within the D convenience store located in Ma, and works at night as a part of night, and obstructed the victim’s convenience store business by force for a period of about 40 minutes until 04:40 on the same day, such as ging and smuggling.
