A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On October 19, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to four months for attempted larceny at the Ulsan District Court and for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. ( natives) and completed the execution of the sentence at the Ulsan Detention Center on February 15, 2019.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On May 14, 2020, the Defendant visited D Hospital operated by the victim C in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do on May 14, 2020 to receive medical treatment. On May 13:23, 2020, the Defendant: (a) sent a visit to the hospital operated by the victim C; (b) stolen crepans without nurses in the reception unit; (c) entered the operation room located inside the hospital after the reception unit; (d) intrudes the victim’s room; (b) five "Pool (12ml)" of propool ingredients stored in the cooling tank in the operation room; and (b) cut off the victim’s goods amounting to a total of KRW 9,700 won in the market value.

2. On May 18, 2020, the Defendant visited on May 10, 202, the victim E in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu around 10:30, in order to receive medical treatment. On May 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) visited the victim E in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; (b) in order to take advantage of the gap in which the nurse of the receiving unit is responding to other patients; (c) in the operating room outside the hospital after passing the receiving unit, intrudes the victim’s room; and (d) intrudes the victim’s room; and (d) 5 propool of the propool (20ml) stored in the operating room in one’s own bank to dispose of it after partial use. The Defendant stolen goods of the victim’s total market value of KRW 9,000.

3. A person who violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flavoking) shall not administer a propool, which is a psychotropic drug, unless the person handling narcotics.

On May 14, 2020, at around 13:38, the Defendant administered propool by using a one-time injection device with 12ml in one-time injection device, which was stolen, at the Defendant’s residence located in Ulsan-gu Gstud H on May 14, 2020.
