A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 20 highest 516;

A. On February 22, 2020, psychotropic drugs under Article 2 subparag. 3 (d) of the Act on the Professional Narcotic Control.

See the classification of the Enforcement Decree of the Narcotics Control Act [Attachment 6]. The penal provision is Article 61(1)5 of the Narcotics Control Act.

At around 16:20 on February 22, 2020, the Defendant purchased propool 6 disease (20 m. respectively) from E in return for the purchase and medication from D coffee shop located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and purchased in cash 1 million won from E in return for the purchase and medication. On February 22, 2020, the Defendant boarded Kimpo-ju F aircraft and inserted the propool with the Defendant’s left selling beer in the toilet in the above aircraft at around 18:00 on February 22, 2020, and administered the propool in order to 6 times, one-time injection connected with the above carme with the Defendant’s left selling beer.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he purchased a propool as a psychotropic drug, and administered it.

B. On February 26, 2020, the Defendant purchased propool and administered propool on February 26, 2020, above the level of 14:40 on February 26, 202.

At the D coffee shop, in return for the purchase of propool 6 disease (20 ml, respectively) from E, in cash, 1 million won was purchased from E, and around 16:09 on February 26, 2020, after boarding the Kimpo-ju G Aircraft on February 17:20, 2020 and inserting a carter into the Defendant’s left arm’s length bed on February 26, 2020, and then inserting the propool into the Defendant’s toilet in the above aircraft and then administering the propool 20 mn in three consecutive order by means of beering the aforesaid propool 20 ml.

Accordingly, even if the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, he purchased a propool as a psychotropic drug, and administered it.

2. It was transferred in the 2020 Highest 802 District Court 2019 Highest 4778.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, but a psychotropic drug.
