Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall intentionally cover a motor vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, around 10:59 on April 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) set up a sign sign board on the front number plate of the Dpoter vehicle in front of the office in Daegu Suwon-gu B; and (b) made it difficult to identify the registration number plate of the Dpoter vehicle.
