Punishment of the crime

The defendant, as the representative director of the Co., Ltd., applied for GW general industrial complex development project at the Ulsan-gun Dil-gun, Ulsan Metropolitan City.

On August 19, 2013, at around 14:00, the Defendant came into the Ulsan-gun E community hall of Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, and opened the entrance door on the grounds of the perusal of the above industrial complex plan and holding a joint briefing session, and intruded into the above community hall.
