A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 25, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (Dless driving) on the road in the vicinity of the center of the river basin located in the Dong of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-do, through a road near the river basin located in the south-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-do, Seocheon-do, in the area of about 100km from the road near the river basin in the south-gu, Seocheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, the Defendant driven Bsch Rexton-si without the driver’s license, under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.081% in the blood alcohol concentration without the driver’s license, from around 23:10 to the road near the river basin in the south-gu, Seocheon-gu.

2. When the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document was controlled by drinking, etc. at the time, place, etc. set forth in paragraph 1, and was demanded to submit a driver’s license from the CD on the Highway patrol Team of the Seoul National Police Agency, the Defendant presented the E- 1 ordinary driver’s license in the name of the Seoul National Police Agency, which is an official document held, as the Defendant’s driver’s license.

Accordingly, the defendant did not use official documents.

3. On August 25, 2017, the Defendant forged a private document and the event of the above investigation document was subject to drinking measurement by driving under drinking on the roads near Tolbbb in the south-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong, and the Defendant was under drinking measurement by driving under drinking on the roads near Tolbbbb, etc., the Defendant did not raise any objection in the column of “A driver’s statement” in the written statement of the driver’s circumstantial statement using the test color pen without authority for the purpose of exercising as if the Defendant was E.
