Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On June 7, 2017, the Defendant, at around 17:30, tried to pay the victim E (the 60-year-old age-old) the amount of this payment with the Defendant’s daily behaviors, and attempted to pay the amount of this payment without calculating it after drinking. The Defendant, in his hand, sustained injury, such as vertebraries of spine, which requires approximately 12 weeks of medical treatment.
Summary of Evidence
