A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant operated a marina business with the trade name of "C" in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B building 301, and employed D and E, etc. as female employees on condition that half of 70,000 won paid to each customer by installing five facilities, such as room, etc. at the same place, and had E act of comparison with male customers on his/her name and one time of similarity around November 22, 2014. The Defendant received the payment from March 15, 2013 to November 20, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.
