B The business owner who operates an massage business with the trade name of "F" in Seoul Dobong-gu E. 602, 603 and 604, and Defendant A served as a regular business manager who actually manages all the above businesses.

From July 17, 2014, up to 01:30, when operating the said establishment, the said employment of G, H, I, J, etc. as female employees on the condition that KRW 140,000 to KRW 750,000,000 per customer will be paid for each customer, and the said J made the said women to have sexual intercourse with the said women in return for the payment of the price to the said establishment at KRW 105,00 on July 17, 2014, by allowing the said women to conduct the sexual intercourse with the said women in return for the payment to the customers of sexual intercourse or by using the sexual organ of the male guest as his/her hand.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic in the above manner during the above period.
