A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (hereinafter referred to as the “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) is a person engaging in driving service with CK5 passengers.

On October 8, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car with the suspension of the validity of a driver's license on a motor vehicle on October 8, 2016, and led the front road of Gangnam-gu Seoul to turn to the left at an irregular speed in the direction of the Gangnam-gu community service center, Gangnam-gu.

At that time, the defendant found that the victim E (47) and the victim F (n, 48 years of age) are standing the crosswalk in accordance with green pedestrian signals at the right-hand crosswalk in the left-hand direction, and in such a case, the defendant was obliged to safely drive the crosswalk in accordance with the new subparagraph after checking whether there is a person who gets on the right-hand side and left-hand side before making a left-hand turn.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected to turn to the left as it was, and caused the victims of the pedestrian crossing to go to the road according to the green pedestrian signals by negligence.

As a result, the Defendant: (a) suffered injury to the victim E, such as the cutting of a body part of the upper mouth, closure, etc., which requires approximately eight weeks of medical treatment; and (b) sustained injury to the victim F, such as a sprinke, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment; and (c) went away without taking necessary measures, such as stopping, and providing relief to the victims.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driven a car as stated in paragraph 1, even though the validity of a driver’s license was suspended at the date, place, and place stated in paragraph 1.
