A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 27, 2019, the Defendant stated that “On the following day, the Defendant would return the face value of the Google Card in cash by photographing serial numbers and pin numbers after purchasing the Google Card, and sending it to the Kakaox message,” the Defendant, using smartphone flux C from Gyeonggi Macheon-si B apartment C, 201, saying, “The Defendant would return the Google Card to cash.”

However, even if the Defendant received fin number from the victim, he did not have any intention or ability to repay the amount equivalent to the amount of the fin number of the fin number of the fin number with the victim.

On November 30, 2019, the Defendant borrowed money: (a) stated that the said victim D was a woman at a place where the location cannot be known; and (b) stated that “If the Defendant borrowed money that requires cash in the purchase of game items, he/she would immediately repay the monthly salary on December 2, 2019.”

However, even if the defendant borrowed money from the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to repay the borrowed money.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as above, received 300,000 won from the F bank account (G) in the name of the Defendant under the name of the Defendant for the same day from the accused, and acquired it by fraud.
