A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a B-Wood vehicle.

On January 26, 2015, the Defendant driven the above car at around 19:40, and led to the three-lane road in front of the gale-distance in the Seogu, Seogu, Daegu, to proceed along one-lane from the gale-distanceside to the gale-distance flood.
