A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum term of one year and six months, a short term of one year and a fine of three hundred thousand won.

The above fine shall not be paid by the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Death or Injury), Violation of Road Traffic Act (Non-licensed Driving), Violation of Road Traffic Act, and Guarantee of Compensation for Motor Vehicles is a person who is engaged in driving of 125cc Austria, and the Defendant is a person who is driving of 125cc Austria. On January 18, 2017, the injured Defendant: (a) committed an injury on the part of the victim I (18 years old) on the ground that the victim I (18 years old) shouldered the vessel under the influence of this alcohol, and the Defendant was injured; (b) on the part of the victim’s face and body in drinking, when the victim’s face and body was taken off, the injured Defendant inflicted an injury on the part of the victim, such as an inner hole, which requires approximately three weeks of treatment.
