A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a CR7 car in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused before the risk) and the Road Traffic Act (driving).

On March 26, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of alcohol level of 0.202% among blood transfusion around 18:00, and proceeded at a speed that cannot be seen as a math from the surface of the bank in Daegu, with the road of one-lane in front of the Jininindo Free freezing warehouse, which is the math of the south Jindo-gun.
