A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 13, 201, the Defendant issued, at the Incheon District Court, a summary order of KRW 3 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act, and on October 12, 201, a summary order of KRW 4 million as a fine at KRW 1 million as an identical crime, from the subsidiary branch court of the Incheon District Court.

On August 9, 2014, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license at around 10:19, driven a B-L-W-W-W-W-W-C-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-W-

Notwithstanding the fact that anyone who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, the defendant operated the motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance at the date and place specified in paragraph (1);

On August 9, 2014, the Defendant: around 10:19, the Defendant: (a) drafted and submitted a report on the state of state of state of state of state driving at the Jung-gu Police Station in Incheon Central Police Station (hereinafter “Seoul Central Police Station”); (b) written the report on state of state of state of state driving at the traffic safety direction C; and (c) written the “name” of the said document

Accordingly, the defendant has forged the above D's signature without authority for the purpose of exercising his authority.

4. The Defendant exercised the above investigation signature without authority for the purpose of exercising it at the above date, time, and place, submitted the signature of the above D, which was recorded in the report on the actual state of driving under the influence of the State, to the Gyeong, and exercised it, as if the signature was genuine.
