Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who owns and drives a BScar car.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning Traffic Accidents and the Road Traffic Act;
