Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the victim C (n, 45 years of age) and the spouse who entered the marriage report on March 25, 2009.
1. The Defendant and the victim violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collective assault, deadly weapons, etc.) were under way of receiving education from the victim company around May 2009.

3. On May 22, 2014, the injured Defendant: (a) caused the body of the victim by cutting the victim’s hair on the ground that the victim had returned home late; and (b) caused the victim’s clothes to be cut in a teared body; and (c) caused the victim’s bucks to be “bucking down,” and then, caused the victim’s bucks to be cut back and back.
