A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Domp Vehicles) is a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle with C Aarburgs
On April 26, 2014, the Defendant driven the above car on April 23:55, 2014, and led to the passage of the access road to the Masan-dong two industries in Sungsan-dong, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, along the two-lanes of the two-lanes.
